Another valuable aspect of our services is our expertise in the area of contract administration. We observe the progress of construction to see if the electrical work is being performed in accordance with the Contract Documents to maintain the quality of the design. By anticipating problems and dealing with them quickly, potential delays may be avoided and schedules maintained.
Documents
We translate the owner/client's requirements for the project into electrical documents consisting of drawings, specifications, addenda, and change orders. The documents are incorporated into the contract between the owner/client and the contractor(s). In addition to their contractual value, the documents describe in detail the contractor's scope of work for the project.
Miracles Unlimited, Inc. produces all drawings in AutoCAD. We have customized our system to greatly increase its speed and flexibility.
